Top of the Harbor restaurant in Duluth is on the 16th floor of the Radisson hotel. The best part is that the restaurant revolves while you eat! Reasonable prices and a lot of fun. Here is a good article written on the restaurant.

P.S. When you go up the elevator to the restaurant notice that there is no 13th floor. Anyone know why?

Sun – Wed. Poolside room deal running now. Breakfast included. Nice pool, sauna, etc. Right on top of the hill before you go down into Duluth, by Spirit Mtn. Only good until July 29! Here is the link to the exact page.

This site lists all the waterfalls on the north shore, their location, pictures, along with info. I never knew there were so many falls along the north shore!
